- Develop a timing and action plan for all steps of the process.
- Identify and qualify the process selection factors. Review these selection factors from first draft to final approval.
- Identify “Must Haves”, “Can Do”, “Will Do”, and “Fit” selectors.
- Develop clear behavioral characteristics to identify and develop key probing questions to validate characteristics.
- Validate the compensation plan and benefits.
- Ensure that the position function, duties, responsibilities and compensation are aligned and realistic.
- Identify target companies and review.
Search:
- Identify the candidate long list.
- Develop the candidate short list to begin the qualifying selection process.
- Provide the candidate short list to the client with recap sheets, data sheets and resumes. Check the short list references.
- Review the short list and schedule interviews.
- Brief and debrief candidates and hiring authorities.
- Select final candidates and schedule final selection process.
- Negotiating and Closing - We act as a mediator between your company and the candidate to ensure a "win/win" situation.
- Prepare and extend offer.
- Maintain contact with both client and candidate to ensure a smooth transition that allows the new employee to make an immediate impact.
